Step 01
You brief
The target pages, the standards, the anchors you want and the ones you do not. Brief us the way you would brief an internal team, in whatever format you already use.

Service
You keep the client. We take Austria, under your brand, to your standards and your calendar. Everything that leaves here is unbranded and ready to go straight into your reporting.
What this is
Most of the agencies we work with arrived with the same problem. They had an Austrian client, a supply chain built for Germany, and no reliable way to judge from the outside whether an Austrian publication was any good.
That judgement is the part that does not travel. Reading a site's archive in German and noticing that it stopped being edited two years ago. Recognising which regional titles carry weight in Styria and which exist to sell placements. Knowing which desks answer email in August. None of it shows up on a metrics dashboard, and none of it can be learned from a list.
So we run that layer for you. Shortlists arrive with the reasoning attached, in a format you can forward without editing. Articles are written by native German speakers and delivered for your review before anything reaches a publisher. If we think a target you have set is wrong, you hear it from us privately, not in front of your client.
Your client relationship stays entirely yours. We do not contact them, we do not appear in their inbox, and we do not name you anywhere.
In practice
The same four steps every time, so your team can plan around it and your client sees a rhythm rather than a surprise.
Step 01
The target pages, the standards, the anchors you want and the ones you do not. Brief us the way you would brief an internal team, in whatever format you already use.
Step 02
Candidates arrive unbranded, with our reasoning and our reservations attached, in a document you can forward to your client without editing a word.
Step 03
Your client sees your recommendation, not ours. Nothing is placed until the approval comes back through you, and we never contact them directly.
Step 04
Articles come to you for review before a publisher sees them. Live URLs land in the file you share onward, updated as things move rather than at month end.
Honest fit
Choose this when
Look elsewhere when
Partners use the same mechanisms everyone else does. If you want to see what your client would be getting, the editorial placement and contextual link pages describe the work itself.
Deliverables
Shortlists, drafts and reporting in a neutral format you can pass on as your own. No logos, no signatures, no traces to remove.
Every article reaches you first. If your client has house style rules, we work to them rather than to ours.
The same person, who learns your standards and stops needing them repeated. No account layer, no ticket queue.
We do not name you, your clients or the work anywhere, including in conversations with other agencies. That is in the agreement, not just in this paragraph.
Questions
What agencies want settled before they put their name on someone else's work.
No. Deliverables arrive unbranded, correspondence goes through you, and we never contact your client. If a publisher asks who the end client is, they are told what you have authorised us to tell them and nothing more.
You do, and our own standards act as the floor underneath it. If your criteria are stricter than ours on a given point, we work to yours. If a target you have set would mean placing on a publication we would refuse, you hear that privately, with the reasoning, before it becomes a problem in front of your client.
Yes. What you charge is your business and we have no interest in it. You get partner pricing, your commercial relationship stays entirely yours, and we will never approach a client of yours, during the partnership or after it.
Next step
No pitch deck. Give us a real Austrian requirement from a current client and we will come back with the shortlist and the reasoning, in the format you would forward.
